Life Coach Seattle
Spiritual Direction

In a world where we too often identify ourselves by external forces, it is transformative to reflect on your life and the divine presence in it. As you do this, you begin the journey home. The home you long for is within you and having a Spiritual Director is where you will find companionship for the journey.

This process is about discovering possibilities for the future, making positive changes, and finding personal meaning in life. It's about growing closer to the sacred, in our lives and in the world.

Spiritual Direction is the practice of deep listening and accompaniment as one explores their relationship with the Divine or their own personal spirituality. My role is to listen and ask questions to assist you in the process of reflection and spiritual growth.

About Misi

I believe that within each of us, there is a desire to connect with Divine Mystery. Our very being seeks to experience grace; to live into our longing and to be attentive to the divine nudges that can lead us inward to the hearts true home and outward to a world in need.

Although my personal spiritual practice is within the Lutheran tradition, I journey with people of all faith traditions as well as those with no faith tradition. All you need is a sincere desire to deepen your spiritual life.
